To consistently deliver incremental growth in travel on c2c trains over the course of a three year contract.
Marketing challenge
Quite simply, we needed to give people more reasons to travel with c2c.
The work
We found that more c2c travelers used the service for leisure than first-thought. And that inspiring them to use c2c for more leisure travel would lead to more journeys across the board. This gave us the creative springboard to develop the ‘ANOTHER YOU’ communications strategy.
We then evolved the brand platform to ‘BRINGING YOU CLOSER’ allowing us to explore new creative directions, keep things fresh and drive more sales…
