Introducing our new Managing Director - Lucy Hudson

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Lucy Hudson to Managing Director at McCann Demand.

Having joined our team in 2017, Lucy became Managing Partner just a year later. Since then, she has made a significant contribution to our success, managing the growth in clients and people.

In addition to leading our day-to-day business, Lucy is passionate about mentoring and supporting the development of the next generation of talent within our industry. She’s a firm believer in the need for strong voices in the creation of our work to further improve its effectiveness

Furthermore, she was named on the 2022 WACL Talent List for female leaders in communications and is also a Bloom mentor in her spare time.

Lucy commented: “In my time at McCann Demand, we have seen fantastic growth as an agency, and much of that is down to our people. I’m really proud of what we have created as a team – an exciting and vibrant place, producing some really impactful work for a diverse range of wonderful clients. I’m incredibly excited about what the future holds.”

Lucy replaces Chris Falconer, who we’re pleased to say remains in the McCann family, joining our colleagues at McCann Birmingham.
