The curtain falls on this year’s BRIT School partnership

Last week, members of our team attended the end-of-year show for the BRIT School’s Interactive Digital Design students.

As part of our relationship with the school which saw McCann Demand partner with the IDD course for 21/22, our team has delivered masterclasses as well as provided work experience opportunities to students. And as sponsors of last week’s show, we had the rewarding task of selecting one student who won a one-month internship with our design department.

Our Head of Design, Karl Cacchioli and Senior Strategist Sheldon Tarpey reviewed the students’ portfolios and selected Holly Fernandes to win the prize, whose project comprised an awareness campaign to encourage young people to form a healthier relationship with social media. The whole team were absolutely blown away by the standard of work produced by the 17 and 18 year olds – not to mention Holly’s outstanding project which they felt wouldn’t have been out of place amongst degree-level students.

We’re already starting work on our partnership for next year, so watch this space!
