Day For Meaning 4.0

Our fourth annual Day for Meaning (DFM) took place last Wednesday and our teams were so excited! DFM is our bespoke approach to keep all of our people primed to fuel the freshest, market-moving ideas that are culturally resonant, respectful, and authentically connect with today’s consumers – as we endeavour to help our clients earn a meaningful role in people’s lives.

We closed our offices globally to spend the day in discussion and debate around how to foster a climate of inclusion in each of our agencies. Here, our colleagues from around the world shared what they were looking forward to from DFM and what the day meant.
