McCann Central appoints Graham Cox as Chief Growth Officer

Graham Cox has been appointed to the role of Chief Growth Officer for McCann Central, which includes offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Milton Keynes, Leeds, McCann Demand and McCann Synergy.

Graham brings UK and global experience to the role, having spent five years as head of growth and marketing (EMEA) for Weber Shandwick. Prior to this, he has held director roles at both independent and network agencies across the full spectrum of marketing and advertising disciplines.

Dean Lovett, CEO at McCann Central commented: “Each of our agencies are successful in their own right, delivering a full range of marketing services – from creative and design through to PR and social, employee engagement, media, and more recently, research. This has led to fantastic growth in recent years, including the winning of some high calibre clients both in the UK and internationally.

“In his role as CGO, Graham will work closely with our six businesses, harnessing their collective expertise to continue the momentum that we have worked so hard to create. Graham’s enthusiasm and passion for the industry – not to mention his reputation as a successful new business director – make him a truly exciting addition to our team.”

Graham said: “I was hugely excited by the opportunity to return to McCann Worldgroup, and more specifically, work with the teams that drive creativity for brands and communities across the UK and beyond. My experience has been across the full marketing mix and to have all of these specialisms within McCann Central to draw from is exciting for me.

“With the recent appointments across the senior teams at McCann Central, it’s not only a great time to join but is also the start of a new growth journey for the business which I couldn’t be happier to be part of.”
