The positions are being offered and funded using the Government’s Kickstart scheme, which aims to give young people the chance to build their confidence and skills in the workplace, as well as gain experience that will improve their chances of going on to find long-term, sustainable work

Each placement will start on 13th September and be offered for an initial term of six months, with the potential for longer-term employment.

In addition to gaining experience on the job, McCann will be offering each intern employability support as part of its partnership with Creative Access. Interns can also take advantage of free training opportunities offered by McCann’s Learning and Development team, including masterclasses, workshops and a wide selection of training modules.
