McCann celebrates mental health & wellbeing

It may be Mental Health Awareness Week, but here at McCann, nothing is more important than the ongoing mental health and wellbeing of all of our colleagues, which is why we’re encouraging them to take some time out throughout the month of May to take advantage of our month-long programme of masterclasses, workshops and discussions, all dedicated to their wellbeing.

We have something happening every day, from self-defence techniques to confidence building tips, positive psychology and how to master your mind. There’s even sessions on family yoga, kindful parenting and increasing energy and vitality. And of course, our team of qualified Mental Health First Aiders will be available as usual to offer support and assistance to any colleagues who are in need of guidance or just an ear to listen.
